Semiconductor laser pumped all solid state infrared laser and the obvious wave band's laser have already obtained the massive applications in many regions, for example, laser condition resistance, memory chip maintenance, the solar energy battery marking, laser marking and so on.
Comparing with the tradition infrared and obvious wave band's laser, the advantage of ultraviolet laser is short wavelength, concentrated energy, high resolution, slight focus point to sub-microsecond magnitude.
